Weeks 12-14: Stepping Up and Stepping Down.

These past two weeks we have had some major developments within production. We held Role Elections, and I was unanimously voted to continue as the Scrum Master, and we had a new Art Director elected. I had gone back to our Miro board, and with Jaylen's help we were able to put together a couple of story pitches for the group, and by the end of week 12 we found ourselves with a finalized 7 steps of our story, and a newly organized and updated Miro board. We continued some difficult conversations with a particular member about their lack of attendance and failure to meet their own set deadlines, and they have agreed to shift roles in order to remove themselves from a particularly important aspect of our pipeline. This change will hopefully allow that person to work to their strong suits and let the rest of the team rest easy knowing they will receive their deliverables on time. We are on track to take on storyboarding efforts and present an updated animatic for the end of the semester. Other large progress I have made includes the addition of a Call Out Policy in our Production Contract, as well as a new Shot List made with Jaylen, Ian and I detailed and chunked out
