Its almost over.

I admittedly have had a difficult time this past week as I have wrapped up the majority of my production based work, and the film is effectively in the hands of other teammates, as I do not reasonably have the capacity to pick up animation or cinematography work to a comparable degree that my teammates are working at with the limited time left. I have been prioritizing getting and giving feedback to the people who need it the most, and delegating work or missing pieces, trying to help my team understand what needs to be done when. It has been a lot of pinging people and asking them to pick up one thing or turn in another, just getting the messages out to make sure each person is working as effectively as possible and things do not slip from our grasp.
Beyond that I did some pretty standard work in the project, tuning up some of the visual effects and tweaking lighting, making sure the effects are working and animating how they should.
I am hoping to find a role within the process of getting animation done/ into UE5 as soon as it is ready, but even that is already delegated to one person, and I am carefully treading to hit a nice balance of trusting my team with work and finding my own still. We are anxious and stressed but it feels possible to put out a great short.
